Patrick Dela Rosa kalaboso pa rin

Bantay-sarado ng mga ka-kosa si Patrick Dela Rosa sa Station 7 ng QCPD. Ang aktor na si Dela Rosa ay Provicial Board Member din ng Oriental Mindoro.

Bukod sa tinakpan ng karton ang parte ng selda, nakasampay din ang mga damit ng ka-kosa kaya hirap ang mga taga-media na masilayan ang aktor.

Sinubukan ng ABS-CBN News na mahingan siya ng pahayag sa pamamagitan ng sulat ngunit hindi niya ito sinagot.

Naroroon ang dating asawa ni Dela Rosa na si Khukhu pero tumanggi rin itong humarap sa media. Ikinulong si Dela Rosa sa reklamong panggagahasa noong Biyernes ng umaga.

Base sa reklamo ng 20-anyos na biktimang si “Kat”, natutulog siya nang mangyari ang panggagahasa. Nagawa pa raw niyang sipain at itulak ang aktor at nakasigaw pa ito upang humingi ng saklolo.

Kaya kuha sa CCTV na ibinigay sa ABS-CBN, makikitang hinabol si Dela Rosa ng mga guwardiya at mga kaibigan ng biktima.

Sa pahayag naman ng mga kaibigan ng biktima, nag-inuman sila sa condo unit na pag-aari ng isa sa kanila noong gabi bago maganap ang umanong pangagahasa. Walong lalaki ang naroon kabilang si Dela Rosa.
Una raw nakatulog ang biktima sa kuwarto. Narinig na lang daw nilang sumisigaw ang biktima. Biyernes ng umaga nang saklolohan nila ang kaibigan at nakitang umiiyak habang wala nang pang-ibabang saplot sa katawan si “Kat”.

Tiwala naman ang abugado ng biktima na tatayo ang kanilang kaso, base na rin umano sa resulta ng medico-legal examination.

Base sa rekomendasyon ng Prosecutor’s Office ng Quezon City, isinumite na ng kampo ng biktima ang kanilang mga ebidensya para masampahan ng kasong rape si Dela Rosa. Alex Santos, Patrol ng Pilipino.

Umagang Kay Ganda, namamayagpag bilang Best Morning Show sa MNP Awards 2010

Nangunguna ang Umagang Kay Ganda ng ABSCBN sa isinagawang botohan ng Media Newser Philippines  para sa MNP Awards 2010. Nakakuha ng 84.85% ang UKG samantalang pumapangalawa sa puwesto ang Unang Hirit ng GMA-7 na nakakuha naman ng 12.12% at pumapangatlong ang SAPUL ng tv5 na nakakuha ng 3.03%.

Kabilang rin sa mga nominado sa naturang kategorya ay Morning @ ANC, One Morning Cafe (NBN/RPN), at Good Morning Kuya ng UNTV.

Patuloy ang botohan at maarning po bumoto ng maraming beses.

Alex Santos is one of the hosts of morning show "Umagang Kay Ganda" and currently senior reporter of ABSCBN News and Current Affairs group, also lead anchor on news program of TV Patrol Weekend with Bernadette Sembrano and Radyo Patrol Alas Kuwatro with Jasmin Romero on DZMM.

He also part of weekly investigative program, XXX with Julius Babao and Pinky Webb just for a year before he replaced by Anthony Taberna.

He graduated in Ateneo De Davao University. He started on his career on television as anchor-reporter of TV Patrol Mindanao. Then he transferred to Manila and became a news editor for regional station under Sarimanok News Network. (Now ANC).For his first stint with DZMM, he assigned to do the hourly newsbreaks (DZMM Balita Ngayon). He offered to anchoring Radyo Patrol Balita Alas-Dose and Gising Pilipinas (with Cheryl Cosim). And TV Patrol Weekend edition when he replaces Henry Omaga Diaz and part of Alas-Singko Y Medya Weekend.

Alex was hailed as Best Male Newscaster tied with Julius Babao on 2007 Star Awards for Television. And last year, he earned his recognition as Makatao Awardee on Ateneo de Davao's Tao Awards 2009.

Everyone says they have a good chemistry. Wow!!! So others are called them "BERLEX" (combination of their names. Ber for Bernadette. Lex for Alex). Bagamat hindi naman ako nakilig kasi wala naman nakikitaan sa kanila na magbiro sila sa isa't-isa tulad na lang ng mga ginagawang pagbibiruan nina Ted Failon at Pinky Webb sa TFAW. O nina Ted Failon at Korina Sanchez on TFAS. As well as Karen and Vic on Pasada Sais Trenta pati  na rin nina Ate B at Kuya Nelson Lubao sa Gising Pilipinas. Why not? (blink!). They are both good looking. xD But only as a professional tandem because they were both happily married.

Sana nga magkaroon sila ng show na magkasama sila. Tiyak magiging masaya rin ang magiging tambalan nila mula sa nakasanayan natin silang seryoso na nagtatambal habang naghahatid sila ng balita sa telebisyon. xD.

Pabuya vs Bar exam blast suspects P1.2 M na

Umabot na sa P 1.2 million ang iniaalok na reward o pabuya para madakip ang mga suspek sa pagsabog sa bar exams sa Maynila noong nakalipas na linggo. Tatlong anggulo naman ang tinitignan ng Manila Police District (MPD) bilang posibleng motibo sa pagsabog.

Inianunsyo kanina ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)  na isang hindi nagpakilalang indibidwal ang nagbigay ng P1 milyon bilang pabuya para madakip kaagad ang mga sangkot sa pagsabog sa Bar exams sa Taft avenue noong isang linggo kung saan mahigit 40 ang nasugatan.

"Pledge pa lang ito kay Direktor, sana may lumabas na makakatulong siguro ito," ayon kay Boy Zamora na tagapagsalita ng NBI
   
Una nang naglaan ng P200,000 pabuya ang Utopia fraternity ng Ateneo para sa sinumang makakapagturo sa mga salarin.

Kanina sa pulong ng Tau Gamma Phi Fraternity, pinag-iisipan na rin nila ang pagbibigay ng reward. Ito na lamang daw ang kanilang sagot sa mga akusasyong sangkot din sila sa pagsabog.

Sa ngayon, katuwang ng MPD ang NBI sa imbestigasyon. Una nang nagsagawa ng post-blast investigation ang NBI noong Huwebes at anumang araw ay ilalabas nito ang 3-dimensional presentation kung saan maaaring matukoy ang kinalalagyan ng  taong naghagis ng granada.

Ngunit tumanggi naman ang MPD na tukuyin ang suspek sa pagsabog. Mas mabuti na raw na sa Supreme Court Investigating Panel nila ito ilalahad at may 3 anggulo ang nakikita nilang motibo ng pagsabog.

"Puwedeng frat war, puwedeng sabihin nating may Ampatuang doon, pwede ding may personal conflict. Pero sasabihin ko sa inyo, mayroon tayong tinutuon tayo ngayon, ayaw ko lang mabanggit for now,” ayon kay MPD Director Chief Supt. Roberto Rongavilla

Umaasa naman ang MPD na matutulungan sila ng publiko sa pagbibigay ng impormasyon.

Top 10 Cutest TV Newsmen in the Philippines

                                    

We watch news shows to get clued in on what's happening in our country and the rest of the world. But there are times when the news is hard to take. This is probably why TV networks hire newsmen who are easy on the eyes. In the spirit of cost-effective brainless fun, SPOT.ph lists 10 of the cutest--and most visible--TV newsmen in the Philippines. (Pretty please, let us know if you spot more cute newsmen, we just might come up with another list.)



1. ATOM ARAULLO

ABS-CBN's Araullo is, hands down, the "prettiest" newsman on national TV. He appears on the network's major news shows Umagang Kay Ganda, TV Patrol, and Bandila. Araullo's lean frame, mestizo features, and his boyish charm have attracted many fans. He's also a man of substance. In an interview with the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism, he said, "It's important for me to develop (one's) personality in all aspects, to be a well-rounded person." Atom is an Applied Physics graduate of the University of the Philippines and went to the Philippine Science High School. He was also a champion triathlete who also trained in soccer, tennis, volleyball, taekwondo, platform diving, mountaineering and underwater diving. A well-known student activist at the UP, he was one of the convenors of UP SIGAO (UP Student Initiative for Gloria's Ouster). Indeed, it's a bonus that he's brainy. Because, really, all he has to do to melt our hearts is go on air. This Atom is certainly the bomb!

Atom Araullo has a face that could convince young girls to be more responsible citizens--as soon as they stop gushing over how cute he is.

2. MARTIN ANDANAR

If you're looking for a good reason to wake up at 5 a.m. on weekdays, you'll be pleased to know that Andanar is already on air by then. He's the best-looking male anchor in TV-5's morning show Sapul. His expressive eyes, aquiline nose, and cosmopolitan alpha male vibe appeals to working women who are in need of something stronger than caffeine to get them out of bed on weekday mornings. This newsman is also very down-to-earth. In a 2007 interview, PEP asked him why he didn't think of moving to other TV networks. He replied, "I'm happy here without much pressure. I can improve and achieve more by not thinking much of the network war." He then added with a laugh, "Isa pa, wala namang nakakaisip na i-pirate ako." Andanar also hosts TV-5's Aksyon at 5 p.m. on weekends.

Fortunately, TV-5 was only reformatting its news shows and Martin Andanar didn't have to go away.

3. ALEX SANTOS

Santos has a trustworthy face. Despite his salt-and-pepper hair, he still has a boy-next-door appeal. Watching him deliver the news on TV Patrol's weekend edition is a pleasant experience--even if he's dishing out daunting facts. Santos also serves as early morning eye candy in Umagang Kay Ganda and gets into hardcore investigative journalist mode in XXX, a magazine type news program.

4. IVAN MAYRINA

The tall and dreamy Mayrina is an anchor of QTV-11's News on Q. He also appears frequently in GMA-7's news shows. Mayrina may not have pretty boy features, but his clean-cut fashion sense makes him look rather dashing. He still looks put-together when he's sweating it out in the field.

5. PAOLO BEDIONES

Bediones started out as a host in GMA-7 shows such as Extra Challenge and Survivor (Philippines). He then signed up with TV-5, where he now serves as an anchor for the primetime news show Aksyon. He also has his own show, USI: Under Special Investigation. Bediones is a universal cutie. His charm works on everyone--from kids to lolas. He's the kind of man that you'd want to bring home to mama or show off to your friends.

6. MARK SALAZAR

GMA-7's Salazar is usually tapped to be the face of the station's Flash Report. He is also featured in 24 Oras' on-location segments. Sometimes, he goes on special assignments. In any case, it's not hard to understand why viewers would want to see more of this fresh-faced hottie.

7. TJ MANOTOC

Manotoc--the son of 1970 Miss International Aurora Pijuan and sportsman Tommy Manotoc--is not as handsome as his half-brother Borgy. However, he's sexy because he exudes class effortlessly. Manotoc started out as a sportscaster for ABS-CBN. He got his fair share of groupies during his sports stint. He is currently an anchor for Studio 23's News Central. He recently ended his Mornings@ANC stint and is now Ces Drilon's co-anchor in ANC's The Rundown.

8. PAOLO ABRERA

Abrera is the latest addition in Mornings@ANC, replacing the show's former resident sexy guy TJ Manotoc. Like Manotoc, one can't quite put a finger on Abrera's appeal. He's not the stereotypical pretty boy tisoy but, for some reason, temperatures rise when he walks into a room. He's long, lean, and dusky--and we like him that way.

If you see women swooning while watching the morning news show, Paolo Abrera is to blame.

9. FERDS RECIO

Recio is a veterinarian who hosts GMA-7's nature news program Born to Be Wild. Even though he's usually getting down and dirty in the great outdoors, Recio's matinee idol vibe always shines through. His beautiful eyes and great hair can bring out anyone's wild side. Animals can also probably sense his cuteness, as they seem to calm down when he's the one handling or petting them.

10. ALJO BENDIJO

Bendijo is a former ABS-CBN newsman. He's now one of the main news anchors in government-owned networks IBC-13, NBN-4, and RPN-9. One Morning, a morning news show, is just one of his news gigs for the said networks. Bendijo's got a "good boy" vibe. His Oriental features make this Davao City native crush-worthy to women all over the country.
